Hello everybody!

My first Satippathana course has finished. Certainly I'll try to fold my impressions in Russian but now just main thing briefly: eto BOMBA!

At least for me. As it was on my very first Vipassana course every evening during the Sati course Goenka was telling me about myself. About my coming expirience.

Very deep analysis of technics. My main thought now is "What is it being explained about on 20-, 30-, 45-, 60-days courses?"
